社区医生自学《糖尿病防治知识》读本优化知识教育方案效果评价

目的通过对社区医生实施自学《糖尿病防治知识》读本优化知识教育方案,评价自学后社区医生糖尿病防治知识提升水平,探讨社区医生糖尿病防治知识优化教育方案的可行性和有效性。方法课题组编写社区医生糖尿病综合防治知识与技能读本,研究对象通过自学读本3个月,通过知识测试比较社区医生自学前后掌握糖尿病防治知识水平的程度。结果自学前社区医生对糖尿病基础知识掌握得比较好,但是,糖尿病诊断和三级预防知识较欠缺;自学后社区医生的各单项成绩和总成绩均明显高于自学前,自学成绩进行t检验显示干预前后社区医生糖尿病综合防治知识水平有了显著的差异（P〈0.05）。结论社区医生通过自学优化教育方案的实施对提高糖尿病防治知识水平具有积极的作用。

The Effectiveness Assessment of Knowledge Optimized by Sell-learning About Diabetes for General Practitioner in Community

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge optimized by self learning for general practitioner（GP）in community health service center, and explore the feasibility and effectiveness of this project. METHOD A reference book about comprehensive treatment and prevention of diabetes was prepared. By 3 months self learning, the knowledge and skill of diabetes treatment and prevention was examined before and after the project. RESULT Before self learning, the basic knowledge of diabetes is good, diagnosis and prevention knowledge should be improved. After self learning, the score of every item and overall were improved significantly （P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The knowledge optimized by self learning can improve GP＇ s ability of diabetes treatment and prevention.
