| 摘 要： | 采用ＭＴＴ法和活细胞计数法观察薏苡仁酯（Ｃｏｉｘｅｎｏｌｉｄｅ，ＣＸＬ）对人鼻咽癌细胞ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ生长的影响。结果表明ＣＸＬ对ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ的生长呈剂量依赖性抑制，ＩＤ５０为１０－４．９５０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，相对效力是顺铂（Ｃｉｓｐｌａｔｉｎ，ＤＤＰ）的１８．６％（在ＩＤ５０水平比较）。时效曲线显示，加药１２ｈ即见效，且随时间的延长而增强，但３６ｈ后抑制作用不再加强。ＣＸＬ还能使ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ的倍增时间（ＴＤ）延长４０．０％，对正常骨髓造血细胞未见毒性作用。以上实验结果提示ＣＸＬ选择性地抑制ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ的生长，其机理可能与肿瘤细胞增殖能力减弱有关。

| Abstract: | The antitumor effect of coixenolide (CXL) was studied with human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2Z in vitro by MTT assay.CXL was found to suppress the proliferation of CNE2Z in a dosedependent manner,with an ID50 of 10-4.95mol/L.The relative potency of CXL was 18.6% of cisplatin (DDP) as compared by their ID50s.The timeresponse curve showed that the inhibitory effect of CXL was observed 12h after its addition and the effect increased with time,and become stablized after 36h. CXL also prolonged the duplication time (TD) of CNE2Z by 40.0%.No cytotoxicity on normal bone marrow was observed.The experiment result indicates that CXL selectively inhibits the growth of CNEZ probably by reducing proliferative ability of the tumor cells. |
