实施护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩结局的影响

目的探讨护理干预在控制妊娠糖尿病（gestationaldiabetesmellitus,GDM）孕妇孕期血糖和改善妊娠结局中的作用,并摸索针对GDM孕妇的孕期教育模式。方法按照护理程序对孕妇进行营养、运动、血糖监测、预防低血糖、胎儿监测、药物治疗等方面的指导及护理。结果实施护理干预的孕妇血糖控制在正常水平,全部安全分娩。结论对GDM孕妇实施健康教育能使她们更好地控制血糖,改善妊娠结局,从而保证母婴健康。

Implementation of gesiational diabetes Care intervention on the outcome of pregnant women maternity

Objective To explore Nursing intervention in the control of gestational diabetes mellitus (gestationaldiabetesmellitus,GDM) pregnant women during pregnancy and blood glucose improve the outcome of pregnancy in the role of GDM and groping for pregnant women during pregnancy education model.Methods Based on nursing process,the health Education and nursing care were provided for the pregnant women with gestational diabetes from the following perspectives,such as nutrition,exercise,glucose Monitoring,hypoglycemia prevention,fetal monitoring,medication,and soon.Results Pregnant women in the implementation of nursing intervention in the normal level of blood sugar control,all safe delivery.Conclusion GDM pregnant women to health education enabling them to better control of blood glucose,improve pregnancy outcomes,so as to ensure maternal and child health.
