| 摘 要： | 目的了解近年鹰潭市男同性恋艾滋病知识、行为、HIV感染现况,为实施有效的干预提供科学依据。方法由专业人员制定调查方案,深入活动点采取匿名问卷,同时采集5ml静脉血样。结果共调查135人,对艾滋病传播途径、预防措施单项回答正确率为65.93%～97.04%,最近1次发生肛交时安全套使用率为49.63%;只抽到14份血样,1例为HIV抗体阳性,75.86%的人怕泄露个人隐私遭社会歧视而拒检。结论调查对象的艾滋病的认知与行为有所分离、自愿检测意愿不强。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the awareness of knowledge and behaviors about AIDS among men having sex with men （MSM） and their infection status in Yingtan,provided scientific basis for the implementation effective intervention.Methods The investigation plan was developed and anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among MSM and blood samples were taken from them at the places where MSM gathered.Results A total of 135 MSM received the survey,65.93%-97.04% of them correctly answered questions about AIDS transmission route and prevention measures.The use rate of condom in the latest sex was 49.63%.Among 14 blood samples,1 was HIV positive.About 85.93% of MSM refused blood sampling.Conclusion The MSM still experienced high risk sex behaviors although most of them being aware of AIDS,a few of them received voluntary HIV test. |
