食管癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞活性

目的：观察食管癌患者Ｔ淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ细胞）活性的变化，及其与病理学分期及转移率、转移度的关系。方法：采用红细胞花环法和１２５Ｉ释放法测定５６例各期食管癌患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及ＮＫ细胞活性变化，并和健康对照组相比。结果：食管癌患者总Ｔ淋巴细胞数目、ＴＨ细胞降低、Ｔｓ细胞升高、ＴＨ／Ｔｓ比值及ＮＫ细胞活性降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的变化与食管癌的病理分期及转移情况有关。结论：食管癌患者存在显著的免疫抑制现象，测定外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群对于判定食管癌病情进展具有重要参考价值。

Activity of T-lymphocyte Subtribe and NK-Cell in the Patients with Esophageal Caner

Objective:To clarify the changes of the activity of T lymphocyte subtribe and NK cell in peripheral blood in 56 patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:The activity of T lymphocyte subtribe and NK cell in peripheral blood in normal subjects and patients with esophageal cancer was tested by SPA and radioassay.Results:The total T lymphocyte cell and T cell were less in number than that in normal subjects.The Ts cell was higher than that in normal subjects.The T/Ts and the activity of NK cell were lower than that of normal control ( P<0.05 ).The changes in T lymphocyte subtribe were related to the variety of the pathologic period,period,transfer rate and transfer rate and transfer degree of the esophageal cancer.Conclusion:The immune activity was significantly inhibited in the patients with esopageal cancer.To test T lymphocyte subtribe is very helpful to the judgment of the condition of the esophageal cancer in the clinical practice.
