| 摘 要： | 目的：研究半枝莲对人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PC细胞端粒酶活性的影响。方法：用不同浓度的半枝莲含药血清分别处理人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞，采用流式细胞仪法观察其对PC细胞端粒酶活性的影响。结果：经半枝莲含药血清作用的PG细胞端粒酶活性明显下降。结论：下调肿瘤细胞的端粒酶活性，可能是半枝莲抗肿瘤的重要机制之一。
