依替米星治疗脑出血继发肺部感染的临床观察

评价依替米星对脑出血并发肺部感染的疗效。将 2 0 3例肺部感染患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组136例 ,采用依替米星 0 .1g,静脉滴注 ,q12 h;对照组 6 7例 ,采用头孢呋辛 1.5 g,静脉滴注 ,q12 h,两组疗程均为 7～ 14d。依替米星治疗组的总有效率为 89.7% ,细菌清除率为 79.1% ;头孢呋辛对照组总有效率为 88% ,细菌清除率为 79.3% ,两组相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组患者治疗过程中不良反应均较轻微 ,依替米星对肺部感染有一定的治疗价值

Clinical observation on the efficacy of etimicin sulfate in the treatment of pulmonary infection of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

To observe the therapeutic efficacy of etimicin sulfate in treating severe pulmonary infection, 203 patients with pulmonary infection of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. One group (n=136) was treated with etimicin sulfate 0.lg, iv, q12h for 7～14d. The other group (n=67) was treated with cefuroxime 1.5g, iv, q12h for 7～14d. The effective rates were 89.7% in etimicin group, and 88% in cefuroxime group, (P>0.05). The bacterial clearance rates were 79.1% in etimicin group, and 79.3% in cefuroxime group (P>0.05). Serious side effects were not observed during the treatment course. Etimicin is an effective antibiotic in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection.
