| 摘 要： | 采用薄层色谱法在同一薄层板上对抗结核类药物中的四种主要成分利福平、异烟肼、盐酸乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺进行快速分离鉴别,经与WHO基础测试提供方法比较,分离效果更好,方法简便,易行,重现性好.

| Abstract: | Objective A simple and rapid method for identification of Rifampicin,Isoniazid,Pyrazinamide and Ethambutol Hydrochloride was developed by using thin-layer chromatography.The method of identifying the main four components in antituberculosis drugs was simple and reliable. |
