| 摘 要： | 目的研究脑干反射面对严重颅脑外伤预后判断的意义。方法在31例严重颅脑损伤患者中观察6种脑干反射及其在治疗中的变化。结果凡在第Ⅲ层以上者预后良好，第Ⅵ层者预后不良。结论脑干反射半面对严重颅脑外伤预后判断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objcctive To study significance of brain stem reflex pIain for judging the prognosis of severe brain injury. Methods To observe six kinds of brain stem reflex and their changes in treatment.Results The prognosis is good if the injury at the third scan, while adverse if the injury at the fifth or sisxth scan. Conclusion The brain stem reflex plain is significant for judging prognosis of severe brain injuries. |
