疝环充填无张力疝修补术（附50例报道）

目的 观察疝环充填无张力疝修补术的临床应用效果。方法 疝囊做高位剥离而不做高位结扎，用美国Bard公司生产的锥形疝环充填 物充填内环，再用该公司生产的成型补片于精溃后方贴补腹肥肉沟管后壁，其它步骤同传统的手术方法。结果 本组50例，手术时间为30-770分钟，平均40分钟。随访1年效果良好，未见并发症。结论 疝环充填无张力疝修补术具有疼痛轻微、复发率低以及术后恢复快等优点。

Plug Mesh Hernia Repair (A report of 50 cases)

Objective To observe the clinical effect of plug mesh hernia repair. Methods The hermal sac was highal detached without high ligation. The internal ring was filled with perfix plug made by Bard company of USA and the postwall of inguinal canal was adhered at the back of spermatic cord with Marlex Mesh made by the same company and the other processes were the same as traditional surgical method. Results The duration of the operation was 30~70 munits, with a mean of 40 munits. By follow up for 1 year a well result was gained and no complication occurred. Conclusion Plug mesh hernia repair has the advantages in lessening pain .lowering the rate of recurrence and recovering rapidly.
