| 摘 要： | 目的应用超声心动图检测动脉导管未闭儿童结扎术前后左心室的心肌做功指数(Tei指数)的变化,探讨Tei指数是否受容量负荷改变的影响。方法38例动脉导管未闭儿童术前、术后3d内行超声心动图检查,利用传统的脉冲多普勒(PW)和组织多普勒(TDI)2种方法(Tei-1和Tei-2)观察左心室Tei指数的变化。结果与术前相比较,术后Tei-1和Tei-2增加(术前Tei-1:0.27±0.06,Tei-2:0.28±0.04;术后Tei-1:0.39±0.09,Tei-2:0.38±0.07),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动脉导管未闭儿童结扎术前后容量负荷的改变对左心室Tei指数产生影响。
