卫生与健康领域供给侧结构性改革研究的进展、局限与方向

我国卫生与健康领域存在着资源总量不足、结构不合理、分布不均衡、优质资源缺乏、供给主体单一以及基层服务能力薄弱等供给侧问题。文章结合文献分析法,介绍了卫生与健康领域供给侧结构性改革的研究进展,但现有研究比较零散,需要研究的方向包括:界定卫生与健康领域供给侧结构性改革的概念、内涵与外延,建立理论框架体系,梳理国际卫生服务供给经验,总结我国各地尝试卫生与健康领域供给侧结构性改革的典型案例、了解各地改革进展和面临的主要问题,提出推进供给侧结构性改革的实施路径与政策措施。

Research Progress, Limitation of Supply-side Structural Reform in Health Field and Its Orientation

Because outstanding supply and demand coordination, matching, unbalanced phenomenon exists in our country economic life, therefore, supply-side structural reform is the symptomatic medicine put forward by the central. Supply-side problems such as health resources deficiencies, unreasonable structure, uneven distribution, lack of high quality resources, single supply subject, weak basic services also exists in the field of health . Based on the literature analysis method, this paper introduces the research progress of supply-side structural reform in the field of health, analyzes its limitations, indicates the direction need ed to study .
