| 摘 要： | 随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,对医用耗材的价格管理也提出新的要求。文章结合我国当前医用耗材价格管理的现状,对日本、澳大利亚的医用耗材定价和补偿机制进行了研究。提出了优化我国医疗服务项目打包收费、发挥循证评价和经济学评价在医用耗材价格形成中的作用、构建医用耗材价格监测体系来完善我国医用耗材价格管理模式。

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to find the drawbacks of our pricing management of medical consumables and learn from foreign experiences. Methods: Analyze of the definition and characteristics of the market competition of medical consumables, dissect the pattern of our pricing management of medical consumables, study the mechanism of pricing and reimbursement of Japan and Australia. Conclusion: Improve our pricing management pattern through optimizing packaging fees of medical service items, stressing the importance of evidence-based evaluation and economic evaluation, establishing the monitoring system of medical consumables price |
