摘    要:本文研究了刀豆蛋白A(ConA)刺激小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞的早期事件。表明ConA可引起T细胞胞质游离Ca~(2+)浓度的快速显著上升、膜电位的轻微超极化和膜流动性的增大。在膜电位和膜脂流动性的变化中Ca~(2+)均起一定作用,提示Ca~(2+)是ConA刺激T淋巴细胞活化的早期事件中的关键物质。

STUDY OF EARLY EVENTS IN MOUSE SPLEEN T LYMPHOCYTES STIMULATED BY CONCANAVALIN A

Abstract:The early events occurring in mouse spleen T lymphocytes by stimulation of concanavalin A (Con A) have been investigated. It was observed that Con A evoked a rapid increase in cytoplasmic free Ca2+ level, and it was also shown that the increase in Ca2+]| induced by Con A stimulation was due to both increased Ca2+ transmembrane influx and the release of Ca2+ from intracellular calcium stores. Addition of Con A induced a slight hyperpolarization in T cell membrane potential, but A23187, a calciumionion ionophore, induced significant depolarization. Membrane fluidity of T lymphocytes increased after the cells were exposed to Con A, but no change in membrane fluidity was observed in Ca2+ free medium. These results imply that Ca2+ is one of the key factors in early events of T lymphocytes activation stimulated by Con A.
