| 摘 要： | 数字影像存储与传输系统在医学影像中的运用，打破了传统医疗模式和时空限制，以全数字化，无胶片化方式采集，阅读，存储、管理和传输医学影像塑料，方便了医学临床、教学和科研工作，降低了诊断成本，全面提高并保证了医疗质量，开创了医学影像诊断与管理的新纪元。

| Abstract: | The author thinks that the using of PACS in the medical imaging has broken with the traditional medical mode and the limits of time and space. It can collect, read, archive, manage and communicate medical imaging data through digitalizing and non-film form. Therefore, it can be convenient of medical clinic, teaching and research, reduce the cost of diagnosis, improve and ensure medical quality comprehensively. It has initiated the new era of diagnosis and managing in medical imaging. |
