摘    要:目的:通过联合检测CA125和sFas、sFasL在子宫腺肌病患者血清中的表达,探讨sFas、sFasL在子宫腺肌病发生、发展中的作用和临床应用价值。方法:采用电化学发光技术和ELLSA技术检测30例子宫腺肌病患者手术前后血清中CA125和sFas、sFasL的含量,并与20例子宫肌瘤患者进行比较。结果:(1)研究组手术前后cAm和sFas、sFasL表达情况比较有显著差异(P〈0.05),对照组手术前后CA125,和sFas、sFasL表达情况比较无显著差异(P〉0.05)。(2)手术前研究组CA125和sFas、sFasL表达情况与对照组术前情况比较有显著差异(P〉0.05)。(3)手术后5d研究组与对照组CA125和sFasL表达情况比较有显著差异(P〈0.05),而研究组术后5d与对照组比较,无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论:(1)sFas、sFasL的高表达与子宫腺肌病的发生、发展密切相关;(2)sFas、sFasL尤其是sFasL可作为子宫腺肌病的新的血清学诊断标志物,与CA125联合检测,对子宫腺肌病的疗效观察和复发判断有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective:To co-examine the serum level of CA125, sFas and sFasL in patients with adenomyosis, and to discuss the clinical value of sFas and sFasL in adenomyosis. Methods:By ECL and ELISA technique, we determined the serum level of CA125 , sFas and sFasL in 30 cases of adenomyosis, then compared with 20 cases of hysteromyoma. Results: (1) After operation, the level of CA125 , sFas and sFasL in adenomyosis were significantly decreased, but there was no significant difference in hysteromyoma. (2) Before opreration, the level of CA125 , sFas and sFasL in adenomyosis greatly increased. (3)5 days after operation, the level of CA125, and sFasL in adenomyosis still increased than those in hysteromyoma, but the level of sFas of both was similar. Conclusion: (1) There was relationship between serum sFas,sFasL and the occurrence and development of adenomyosis. (2) sFasL could be a new serum marker of the diagnosis of adenomyosis, and play more important role in the observation of curative effect and the relapse estimation of the adenomyosis.
