| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童钙化性椎间盘病的X线表现特点。方法 对9例11个钙化性椎间盘病的颈椎片进行回顾性分析。结果 本组病例上颈段C2～4 7个，中段C4～6 1个，下段C6～7 3个。X线表现：1、椎间盘钙化呈盘状、团块状、碎裂状、不规则状。2、髓核脱出移位。3、椎体变扁、弧凹，多伴有椎间隙增宽。4、颈椎生理弧度改变。结论儿童钙化性椎间盘病多为良性的自限性疾病．多不需外科手术治疗，通过保守治疗钙化多可吸收，症状多可消失。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the X-ray characteristics of calcific discopathy in children. Methods Eleven intervertebral discs with Calcinosis in 9 cases were evaluated retrospectively. Results Seven intervertebral discs with Calcinosis were fund in superior segment (C2-4) and 1 in middle (C4-6) and 3 inferior segment(C6-7). Calcification forms were disc, mass, fragmentation, and anomalous shape. Nucleus pul-posus were protrusion. Vertebral body became thinner with broad intervertebral space and disorder physiologic curve. Conclusion The calcific discopathy in children is benign and self-limiting, it seldom requires surgical intervention, and the natural history is one of resolution and complete resorption of the calcification. |
