摘    要:表观遗传过程主要以DNA甲基化形式进行修饰,其中基因印迹在女性生殖和辅助生殖技术中有重要作用。本文就表观遗传修饰的方式、与女性生殖的相关性、表观遗传异常对女性生殖和辅助生殖技术后代的影响等进行阐述,表观遗传的调节尚需深入研究。

Abstract:Epigenetic process is modified mainly by DNA methylation, during which genomic imprinting plays an important role in female reproduction and assisted reproductive technology (ART). This review details on the patterns of epigenetic modification, its association with female reproduction and the effect of epigenetie variation on female reproduction and ART offspring. The regulation of epigenetics still needs further understanding.
