药物流产加用生化汤治疗50例

目的采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产加服生化汤治疗50例的疗效比较。方法随机抽取来本院行药物流产患者96例,将其分为两个组（治疗组50例和对照组46例）。治疗组在胚胎组织排出后加服生化汤,每天1剂,共5天。对照组常规用米非司酮配米索前列醇治疗。结果治疗组完全流产率达98%,对照组为90%,治疗组出血时间明显缩短,因不全流产清宫人数明显减少。两组差异有统计学意义χ2=4.2096（〉χ21-а=3.841）,P〈0.05。结论米非司酮伍米索前列醇药物流产加服生化汤,完全流产效果显著,并能有效降低流产后感染的发生率。

50 Cases of Drug Abortion Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine Shenghua Decoction

Objective To observe efficacy combining mifepristone , misoprostol with Traditional Chinese Medicine Shenghua Decoction to treat 50 cases of drug abortion.Methods 96cases of drug abortion patients randomly selected in our hospital were divided into two groups （the treatment group 50 cases and control group46cases） .The control group were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol , and the treatment group added TCM Shenghua Decoction after embryonic tissue discharging , a dose a day , 5days.Results tComplete abortion rate of the treatment group was 98% , 90% in the control group , bleeding time of the treatment group was significantly shorter , the number of incomplete abortion had fallen substantially.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （χ 2 , =4.2096 , χ 2 1-а , =3.841 , P＆lt;0.05） .Conclusion Combination of Mifepristone , misoprostol and TCM Shenghua Decoction treated drug abortion , complete abortion have better efficacy , and can effectively reduced the incidence of infection after abortion.
