点刺放血法联合银蓝化斑汤治疗玫瑰糠疹30例

目的观察点刺放血法联合银蓝化斑汤治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例门诊玫瑰糠疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用点刺放血法联合银蓝化斑汤治疗玫瑰糠疹和点刺放血法联合氯雷他定片治疗,观察两组疗效与不良反应。结果治疗组有效率93.3%,不良反应率3%。对照组有效率52%,不良反应率23%。两组有效率和不良反应率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论采用点刺放血法联合银蓝化斑汤治疗玫瑰糠疹是安全有效的。

Clinical Observation of Pricking Bloodletting Method Combined with Yinlanhuabantang in the Treatment of Pityriasis Rosea

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Point thorn bloodletting method Combined with Yinlanhuabantanin the treatment of Pityriasis rosea.Methods 60 cases of clinic patients with pityriasis rosea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , which Respectively use point thorn bloodletting method combinating with Yinlanhuabantang in treatment group and point thorn bloodletting method combinating with loratadine tablets therapy in the control group , and observed two groups of curative effect and adverse reactions.Results Treatment group effective rate was 93.3% , the adverse reaction rate was 3%.Control group effective rate was 52% , the adverse reaction rate was 23%.Comparing two groups of effectiveness and adverse reaction rate , the difference had statistical significance （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .Conclusion Using Point thorn bloodletting method and compound Yinlanhuabantang treating Pityriasis rosea was a safe and effective therapy.
