氨溴特罗口服液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎及中医调护

目的观察氨溴特罗口服液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将62例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分组：对照组31例,采用常规治疗;治疗组31例,在常规治疗同时加服氨溴特罗口服液,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组在喘息、咳嗽、肺部体征消失天数均较对照组明显缩短（P均〈0.01）;治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论氨溴特罗口服液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著。

Observation of Infant Bronchliolitis Treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution and Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing

Objective To Observe the clinic effect of treating the infant bronchiolitis with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution.Methods 62 cases of capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into 2 groups , The control group contains 31cases with conventional treatment , while the treatment group contains 31cases with taking Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution on the basis of conventional treatment to observe the curative effect of two groups.Results The treatment group have shortened obviously than the control group in the days of the gasp , cough , lung sign disappeared （P＆lt;0.01）; The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion The Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution was remarkably effective for treating the infant bronchliolitis.
