微波热疗对中心型支气管肺癌的治疗作用

目的：观察比较两种微波治疗方法对中心型支气管肺癌的杀伤作用，对其治疗效果和临床应用作一评价。方法：分别用微波组织凝固法（MTC）和微波透热联合微波组织凝固法（MM）经纤维支气管镜对中心型支气管肺癌进行治疗，根据临床症状、影像学、纤支镜及组织学变化评估其治疗效果。结果：两种治疗方法均能有效改善临床症状，解除气道阻塞，总有效率分别为90%(MTC)和93.6%(MM)，MM较MTC杀伤强度更大，作用范围更广，延长了肿瘤复发时间。结论：微波热疗在治疗中心型支气管肺癌中，能有效地解除气道阻塞，消除肺不张等并发症，改善症状，减少瘤负荷，提高患者生存质量，尤其是MM疗法可明显延缓肿瘤复发，是一种好的安全有效的治癌方法。

Therapeutic effects of microwave thermotherapy on central type pulmonary carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of microwave thermotherapy on central type pulmonary carcinoma.Method The patients were treated with microwavetissue coagulation (MTC) or microwavetissue coagulation combined diathermy (MM) by a fibrobronchoscope. The effects of killing and therapeutic were observed based on the changes of clinic symptom , X ray screenage and histology after the therapy respectively.Result The both of therapys could effectively injury the carcinoma cells, eliminate introbronchial carcinoma and remit the symptoms, the total therapeutic effective rate were respectively 90%(MTC)and 93.6%(MM). Conclusion Microwave thermotherapy could effectively reduce tumor loading, remit the symptoms, eliminate the complications such as atelectasis and improve the life quality of patients ,especialy the therapy of MM could delay the recurrence obvioursly and is regarded as a new, safe and effective clinical therapy method for central type pulmonary carcinoma.
