| 摘 要： | 目的观察路优泰治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效。方法 90例卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予路优泰300mg口服,3次/d,对照组不予药物干预。于治疗前和治疗8周后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及爱丁堡斯堪地纳维亚神经功能缺失改良量表(NESSS)评定临床疗效。结果 8周后,治疗组HAMD评分及NESSS评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论路优泰治疗PSD疗效好,安全性高,可明显改善脑卒中后抑郁程度,并能促进神经功能恢复。
