| 摘 要： | 目的：研究染色体异常与男性不育的关系。方法：用常规方法制备外周血淋巴细胞标本，并对196例男性不育患者进行染色体G显带核型分析，个别辅作C带分析。结果：检出异常核型73例，占全部被检者37．2％。其中性染色体异常69例，占全部被检者35．2％，占异常核型94．5％，嵌合体3例，占异常核型4．1％；常染色体异常4例，占全部被检者2．04％，占异常核型5．5％。结论：细胞遗传学分析对不育患者是一个重要的实验室诊断手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between chromosome abnormality and male infecundity Methods:Peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome specimens were prepared by routine technique and analyzed on G band and additionally on C band in few cases if necessary.Results:Out of 196 cases,73 cases(37.3% of total patients) showed abnormal karyotypes, among them,69 sexual chromosome abnormality (3 cases mosaic abnormality),4 cases autosome abnormality (5.5% of totality).Conclusion:Cytogenetic analysis is an important means to diagnose chromosome related disorders for the individuals suffering infertility. |
