摘    要:目的 探讨超声溶栓对血小板激活的影响。方法 30例急性心肌梗死患者分为超声溶栓+争诊PTCA组(A组:15例)和急诊PTCA组(B组:15例)。另外年龄在40岁以上且行择期PTCA的劳力性心绞痛患者为对照组(control组:10例)。根据术前冠脉病变分为单支病变组(C1=20)、双支病变组(C2=13)和多支病变组(C3=7)。抽取手术前后静脉血,用流式细胞仪测定颗粒膜蛋白CD62P的表达。结果

Abstract:Objective We investigated whether ultrasound thrombolysis had the effect on platelet activation in patients with acute myocardium infarction and effort angina Methods Platelet samples were obtained from 30 patients of whom 15 had ultrasound thrombolysis and primary PTCA(groupA)and 15 had only primary PTCA(group B)and 10 patients with effort angina had PTCA(group control) The patients were grouped single vessel disease and double vessel disease and three vessel disease based on angiogram Results In both A and B groups,CD62P expression was significantly higher than in the control group But the difference between the group A and B was not significant Patients with three vessel disease had significantly increased CD62P expression compared with the other subgroups Conclusions Platelet activation played a major role in coronary artery disease pathogenesis and thrombosis Ultrasound thrombolysis had no effect on platelet activation [
