| 摘 要： | 报告小儿颅内肿瘤２９６例，均经病理证实，临床特点有：（１）发病急、进展快、死亡率高；（２）易误诊；（３）９０％有颅内压增高征。为提高儿科医生和神经外科医生对脑瘤的认识，多用Ｂ超、ＣＴ检查有助早期诊断，以减少误诊。对恶性肿瘤术后常规进行化疗和放疗。方可提高存活率。囊性颅咽管瘤采用腔内放置同位素３２磷可延缓复发。

| Abstract: | cases of intracranial tumors of children were confirmed by patho-logical examination. Clinical features were as follows. 1 )The onsetwas relatively acute and developed rapidly Themortality rate was high. 2)The misdiagnosis rate was high.3)90% of the cases had symptoms and signs of high intracranial pressure. Pediatricians and Neurosurgeon should be aware of the signs of infant's intracranial tumors to discov-er more such patients,Sonography and CT brain scan are of great benefit for early diag-nosis. Supplementary postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tu-mors can improve the survival rate of the patients. As for the cystic craniopharynioma,intratumoral implantation of radioactive32 P is very useful for preventing the recur-rence. |
