儿童急性胰腺炎的诊治分析

目的 探讨儿童急性胰腺炎诊治的方法及进展，如何及时控制胰腺炎病程恶化和并发症。方法 回顾性总结2l例儿童急性胰腺炎的诊治。15例患儿采用抗生素，营养支持，生长激素和生长抑素联合应用，胃酸分泌抑制剂和糖皮质激素的应用等各种非手术方法。6例行手术治疗。结果 21例急性胰腺炎患儿经治疗后痊愈。结论 临床上对儿童急性胰腺炎及时合理有效的治疗，可避免各种并发症。

Analysis of Diagnosis And Therapy For Acute Pancreatitis of Children

Objective To discuss the methods and advances of diagnosis and therapy for acute pancreatitis in children, to understand how to control the exacerbation of the course of pancreatitis and complication of acute pancreatitis in time. Methods The management of acute pancreatitis was retrospectively analyzed in the 21 affected children.15 affected children were cured by antibiotic, nutrition support, the combined treatment of growth hormone, somatostatin, glucocorticoid and the inhibitor of gastric acid secretion ere conservative treatment,others 6 affected children were treated by operation. Results Of 21 children affected from acute pancreatitis,all were cured by non-operative or operative management. Conclusions The diagnosis timely and right effective therapy are significant for the affected children, and these means could prevent the complications.
