| 摘 要： | 目的了解2004年恩平市戒毒所内关押的吸毒人员的HIV感染情况,为我市艾滋病的预防控制工作提供依据。方法对2004年恩平市戒毒所内关押的吸毒人员进行HIV抗体血清学监测和分析,以我市一般人群的HIV抗体血清学监测数据作为对照。结果共监测了戒毒人员334人,HIV抗体阳性19人,阳性率为5.69%。2001年~2005年上半年我市一般人群共监测了8818人,其中HIV抗体阳性2人,阳性率为0.02%。结论恩平市吸毒人员的HIV感染率远远高于一般人群,吸毒人员仍是艾滋病防治工作的重点人群,目前我市艾滋病的传播趋势已经由以前的静脉吸毒为主逐渐转入以性传播为主的快速增长期。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the HIV infection in the Drug users in the detoxification center of Enping city.Methods The rate of HIV infection in the Drug users was compare with general population in Enping city.Results The positive rate of HIV antibody in the Drug users was 5.69%(19/334) and it was 0.02%(2/8 818) in general population.ConclusionsThe HIV infection rate in the Drug users is higher than in general population.The Drug users are the high risk groups in the HIV surveillance. |
