| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察和测量下颌骨标本的下颌管，了解下颌管的解剖结构。方法：标本切片是20例40侧新鲜下颌骨标本。结果：部分标本的颏孔位于下颌第二双尖牙远中。部分的下颌管近中的管壁不完整。结论：提示临床外科医生要注意这些解剖变异。

| Abstract: | Objective:Through observation and measurement of the mandibular canal, to understand the mandibular canal dissection structure. Method: polished layers were made on 40 sides of moist mandibles in 20 cadavers. Result: The mental foramen of some specimen were be distal to the secondary premolar. Mesial portion of the mandibular canal wall was not intact. Conclusion: Dental surgeons should pay attention to those physiological variations of the mandibular canal. |
