慢性牙周炎缺牙患者种植体周围组织状况的研究

目的 探讨慢性牙周炎对种植体周组织健康的影响.方法 慢性牙周炎缺牙进行种植义齿修复的患者14例为试验组,无牙周炎13例患者为对照组,在对照组和慢性牙周炎试验组各植入20枚ITI种植体,修复后6个月,检测改良菌斑指数、改良龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、边缘骨质吸收状况指标,并进行比较.结果 对照组和试验组的各项指标差异无统计学意义.结论 对可控制的慢性牙周炎缺牙患者,应用ITI种植系统可以获得可靠的疗效.

Research of Peri-implantal Tissue Health in Partially Edentulous Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

Objective To investigate the effects of chronic periodontitis on peri-implantal tissue health by comparing with healthy partially edentulous patients.Methods 20 dental implants were operated on healthy group and chronic periodontitis group separately.Six months later after restoration,modified plaque index,modified sulcus bleeding index,probing depth and marginal bone loss were scored in an standard manner.Results There was no significant difference between healthy group and chronic periodontitis group,regarding all the indices observed.Conclusion Reliable effect can be achieved when ITI implant system is used on controllable chronic periodontitis patients.However,long-term effects need to be observed in the future.
