| Abstract: | The time course of complete arterial healing after drug eluting stent implantation is unknown. We present a case of incomplete endothelialization and late stent malapposition identified by optical coherence tomography 8 years after a sirolimus‐eluting stent implantation, which was not related with any adverse clinical event. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. |
