益肾降白颗粒中人参的有效成分含量测定方法研究

目的：制定益肾降白颗粒中人参的有效成分含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱为C18，流动相为乙腈（A）-水（B）进行梯度洗脱，检测波长203nm。结果：人参皂苷Rg1在0.04104μg～1.026μg范围内，进样量与峰面积线性关系良好（r=1.0000）。加样回收率为96.67%（RSD为0.72%）。结论：此方法准确可靠、重复性好，可用于益肾降白颗粒中人参的含量测定。

Study on Determination of Content of Effective Xomponents of Ginseng in Yishenjiangbai Granules

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of effective components of ginseng in Yishenjiangbai Granules. Methods：Select Agilent C18（150×4.6nm,5μm）;The mobile phase was consisted of A：acetonitrile and B：water for gradient elution; The detecting wavelength was 203nm;Results： The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.04104μg~1.026μg（r=1.0000）for ginsenoside Rg1. The average recovery was 96.67%;RSD=0.72%. Conclusion：The method was accurate, reliable and re-peatable. So it was suitable to determine the content of ginseng in Yishenjiangbai Granules.
