通心络对冠心病合并高血压晨峰异常心肌缺血的影响

目的：观察通心络胶囊加常规西药组与单用常规西药组相比对冠心病合并高血压晨峰异常相关心肌缺血疗效有无差异性。方法：选取2012-6至2013．5年我院心内科收治的确诊为冠心病且合并高血压晨峰异常患者，随机分为常规治疗组和通心络组，常规治疗组予常规西药治疗，通心络组在常规治疗组基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组动态心电图心肌缺血的发生次数和时间。结果：通心络组较常规治疗组相比晨峰异常相关心肌缺血发生率减少有显著性差异（P=0．042）。结论：通一心络胶囊在治疗冠心病合并高血压晨峰异常相关心肌缺血方面有一定疗效。

Tongxinluo on Coronary Heart Disease with Abnormal Blood Pressure Morning Surge Associated Myocardial Ischemia

To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on myocardial ischemia associated with coronary heart dis-ease with blood pressure morning surge （BPMS） . Methods： In our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013, 190 patients with coronary heart disease with a abnormal blood pressure morning surge were randomly divided into a treatment group and the Tongxinluo group The former was received routine medicine while the later was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the former to compare the incidence of myocardial ischemia between the two groups. Results： Compared with the conventional treatment group, Tongxinluo group has a significant difference （P=0.042） on reducing the incidence of myocardial ischemia. Conclusion： Tongxinluo capsule has a cer- tain effect on the treatment of myocardial ischemia caused by Coronary heart disease with abnormal blood pressure morning surge.
