VEGFR-3/CD31在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及临床意义

目的：检测VEGFR-3、CD31在子宫异位内膜和正常对照组的表达情况,来推测VEGFR-3、CD31在子宫内膜异位症（EM）病理发展转移过程中的作用及其相关性。方法：研究对象是EM（23例）和正常对照组（28例）的异位病灶和在位内膜组织,并按照月经周期分成分泌期和增生期。采用SP免疫组化技术检测VEGFR-3/CD31表达和LMVD/MVD计数情况,进行统计学分析。结果：EM的异位内膜和在位内膜组织中VEGFR-3、CD31的表达显著高于正常子宫内膜,VEGFR-3、CD31在位内膜在表达上更接近于异位病灶组织。VEGFR-3、CD31异位组间的月经周期表达虽然差异,但由于差别较微小,因而存在其它实验因素导致的误差影响此结果的可能,仍需要扩大样本量进一步研究。结论：VEGFR-3、CD31与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展有关;CD31的差异表达与月经周期中激素水平的变化有关;子宫内膜异位症在位内膜具有侵袭和转移能力。

The expression and clinical significance of VEGFR-3/CD31 in endometriosis

Objective：To detect the expression VEGFR-3,CD31 in patients in endometriosis and normal control groups.This research tries to speculate the role of VEGFR-3,CD31 in the development of endometriosis pathological role and investigate the relationship of the production and the development of endometriosis.Method：The research objects are eutopic and ectopic endometrium in EM（23）and control groups（28）.Meanwhile,we classified into proliferative phase and secretory phase according to the change of menstrual cycle.It explores the protein expression status of VEGFR-3/CD31 and LMVD/MVD in endometrium issues by the method of immunohistochemical SP.The experimental results are analyzed.Results：VEGFR-3、CD31express in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium are significantly higher than the normal endometrium.The expression of VEGFR-3、CD31in ectopic is closer to ectopic lesions.Although the expressions of menstrual cycle in VEGFR-3,and CD31 ectopic were significant different,the errors resulted from other experimental factors still existed due to the small difference,which needs to increase samples for further studies.Conclusion：VEGFR-3,CD31 is associated with the occurrence and development of endometriosis;Different expression of CD31 is associated with hormone levels in the menstrual cycle;the eutopic of endometriosis patient has the ability of invasion and metastasis.
