19种粉剂抗生素溶解后体积的研究

摘    要:目的观察粉剂抗生素溶解后体积的变化,提高给药剂量的准确性。方法收集19种常用粉剂抗生素,溶入10mL相应溶媒,充分溶解后记录体积的变化情况。结果18种抗生素溶解后体积增加,其中11种增量5%以上,5种增量10%以上,最多增量达3mL。结论临床护士应注意粉剂抗生素溶解后体积变化对注射剂量准确性的影响,加强给药护理的环节管理,确保给药剂量的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the volume change of powdered antibiotics after dissolving, and to improve accuracy of medication dosage. Methods Nineteen powdered antibiotics were studied and each of them was dissolved in 10 mL of solvent that was recom mended by its usage instruction, then volume of each antibiotic was recorded after complete dissolving. Results Increase of volume was observed in 18 antibiotics, with a more than 5% increase in 11 of them and 10~//00 increase in 5 of them, and the maximum increase was to 13.0 mL. Conclusion Clinical nurses should pay attention to the impact of volume increase of powdered antibiotics after dissolving on accuracy of medication dosage, and strengthen process management of medication administration to guarantee medication safety.
