| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法检查头孢呋辛酯胶囊有关物质的方法。方法：采用C18（4.6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，以0.2mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液-甲醇（62：38）为流动相，检测波长为278nm。结果：方法的专属性及耐用性良好；在头孢呋辛浓度为0.7545～15.09μg/ml范围内，进样浓度与色谱峰面积线性关系良好。结论：本方法简便、快速、灵敏，可有效检测头孢呋辛酯胶囊中的有关物质。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of related substances in Cefuroxime Axetil capsules. Methods：The HPLC conditions were as follows：C18 column（4.6mm×250mm 5μm）.Mobile phase：A 0.2mol/L solution of ammoni-um dihydrogen phosphate,and methanol（62：38）, detection wavelength：278nm. Results： The detection method has a good specificity and durability. Cefuroxime has a good linearity in the concentration of 0.7545μg/ml to15.09μg/ml. Conclusion：The method is simple and rapid,suitable for the quality control of compounds of Cefuroxime Axetil capsules. |
