不同麻醉方式在高龄患者股骨头置换术中的临床效果观察

目的分析研究高龄患者人工股骨头置换术采取不同麻醉方式的临床应用效果。方法对2012-08-2014-01间100例在我院进行人工股骨头置换术的高龄患者采取数字随机抽取模式,随机分为两组（实验组、对照组）,每组患者各50例。实验组对患者实施腰硬膜外联合麻醉（CSEA）,对照组对患者实施硬膜外麻醉,对两组临床麻醉效果给予对比分析。结果实验组麻醉起效时间明显快于对照组,维持时间明显长于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组患肢肌肉松弛效果以及镇痛效果明显优于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高龄患者人工股骨头置换术采取腰硬膜外联合麻醉,可以获得良好的临床麻醉效果,具有麻醉起效快、维持时间长以及镇痛效果好等特点,具有临床推广价值。

Clinical Study of Different Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Femoral Head Replacement

Objective To analyze different anesthetic methods of the clinical effects of elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement. Methods 100 elderly patients who had artificial femoral head replacement therapy from August,2012 to January,2014 in the hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group had CSEA,and patients in the control group had epidural anesthesia,and comparative analysis of two groups was done. Results The onset time of anesthesia in the experimental group was obviously faster than that of the control group,and the maintain time was longer than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups（ P 0. 05）; The experiment group had effect of limb muscle relaxation and analgesia effect was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement to spinal and epidural anesthesia obtain good clinical anesthesia effect,with rapid onset,long maintenance time and good analgesic effect,which is worth spreading in clinical practice.
