摘 要: | 目的:建立结核丸中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80:20)为流动相;检测波长为254nm,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:室温。结果:含量测定方法学考察表明,五组分均达到基线分离,芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚的平均回收率分别为98.6%、106.3%、107.58%、100.7%、97.2%(n=6)。结论:本方法专属性强、重现性好,可用于结核丸的质量控制。

Abstract: | Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of Aloe-emodin, Rhein, Emodin, Chrysophanol and Phy-scion in Jiehe Pill. Method:Agilent-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was used with methanol (A)-0.1%phosphoric acid solution (B) as the mobile phase in ( 80:20 ). The detection wavelength was 254nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was room temperture. Result:The assay methods show that five constituents were in baseline separation, the average recoveries were 98.55%, 106.28%, 107.5%, 100.72%, 97.18%(n=6 ). Conclusion:This method was accurate and reproducible , which can be used for the quality control of Jiehe Pill. |
