| 摘 要： | 法尼酯X受体（Farnesoid X Receptor，FXR）属于核激素受体超家族中的一员，作为一种胆汁酸受体和胆汁酸生物合成的生物感受器，参与机体多种生理活动。因此揭示FXR转录表达的调控因素以及寻找具有选择性和高活性的FXR配体，为新药研发提供新思路具有重要的意义。因而对FXR表达调控和配体的最新研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | The Farnesoid X receptor （FXR） belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily,as a bile acid receptor and bile acid biosynthesis biosensor, Participate in many physiological activities.Therefore,looking for more regulatory factors and ligands of FXR to provide new ideas for the development of new drugs has important significance.Here the latest research of expression regula-tions and ligands to FXR is reviewed in this paper. |
