急性重症胰腺炎早期非手术治疗的临床分析

目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎早期非手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2005-08-2013-09间收治的138例急性重症胰腺炎患者,给予早期非手术治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组的138例患者中,平均腹痛缓解时间（6.1±2.4）天,平均肠蠕动恢复时间（4.5±0.3）天。治愈并且没有并发症而出院的患者79例（57.2%）,显效患者31例（22.5%）,有效患者21例（15.2%）,转归外科手术治疗患者4例（2.9%）,死亡患者3例（2.2%）,总有效率是94.9%。其中出现并发症患者10例（7.2%）,复发患者15例（10.9%）。结论绝大多数的急性重症胰腺炎患者都可以通过早期非手术治疗而治愈,对于急性重症胰腺炎患者给予早期非手术治疗,可有效降低并发症的发生率和死亡率,保障患者的生命安全,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Non Operation Treatment of Early Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of severe acute pancreatitis non operation treatment. Methods 138 cases with severe acute pancreatitis in the hospital from September,2009 to September,2013 were selected,early non operation therapy was given,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 138,the average pain time was（ 6. 1 ± 2. 4） days,and the average recovery time of intestinal peristalsis was（ 4. 5 ± 0. 3） days. 79 patients（ 57. 2%） who were cured and had no complications,discharged. 31cases（ 22. 5%） had excellent effect,21 cases（ 15. 2%） had effective effect,4 cases（ 2. 9%） transferred to surgery operation,and 3 patients（ 2. 2%） were dead. The total efficient rate was 94. 9%. 10 cases（ 7. 2%） had complications,15 cases（ 10. 9%） had recurrence.Conclusion The vast majority of severe acute pancreatitis patients can be cured by early non operation treatment. Early non operation treatment on severe acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce the incidence rate and mortality rate of complications,and ensure the safety of patients. So it is worthy of further popularization and application.
