宁波市广州管圆线虫病自然疫源地调查

在宁波市海曙区、慈溪市、鄞州区和奉化市进行广州管圆线虫中间宿主感染调查,在宁海县进行转续宿主调查。共采集福寿螺730只,发现15只有第Ⅲ期幼虫寄生,自然感染率为2.05%;捕捉解剖青蛙13只,发现感染青蛙5只,共检出广州管圆线虫幼虫164条,平均每蛙寄生32.8条。首次证实宁波市为广州管圆线虫病自然疫源地。

A survey of natural epidemic focus of angiostrongyliasis in Ningbo City

The intermediate hosts of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were investigated in Haishu,Cixi,Yinzhou and Fenghua,and the paratenic hosts were investigated in Ninghai of Ningbo City.A total of 730 Pomacea canaliculata snails were collected,15 were infected with the 3rd instar larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis,and the infection rate was 2.05%;13 frogs were dissected in all,5 were infected,the number of larvae was 164（the numbers of the 3rd and 4th instar larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were 33 and 131,respectively）.The mean number of larva in each frog was 32.8,the maximum was 95,and the minimum was 2.It is the first time to confirm that Ningbo City is the natural epidemic focus of angiostrongyliasis.
