| 摘 要： | 目的分析药物不良反应的相关因素，探讨其赔偿机制。方法对2005年1月至2007年12月发生的29例严重药物不良反应病例进行回顾性分析。结果严重药物不良反应发生于各年龄层，21例患者经及时治疗后好转，7例病情加重，1例有后遗症，导致的医疗费用支出平均达8491．95元，支付类别近一半为自费。结论药物不良反应难以避免，在加强监测、保障患者用药安全的同时，亟待建立相应的赔偿机制，以维护患者的利益。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes of serious adverse drug reactions and to discuss the compensation mechanism of adverse drug reactions. Methods To retrospectively analyse the 29 cases of ADR reports collected in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2007. Results The serious adverse drug reactions occurred in all ranges of age groups. 21 patients＇ condition was improved after timely treatment while 7 patients＇ illness was increased and 1 patient had sequels. The average medical expenses accounted for 8 491.95 yuan RMB, half of which was private expense. Conclusion Since adverse drug reactions are inevitable, we should reinforce the medication supervision and ensure using drugs safely. Meanwhile, the corresponding compensation mechanism of adverse drug reactions should be established for the profit of patients. |
