不同方法治疗老年性阴道炎疗效比较

目的 比较以甲硝唑、雌激素和乳酸杆菌制剂局部应用治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效和复发率.方法 以初次患老年性阴道炎的病人为研究对象,分别采用阴道内甲硝唑200mg(Ⅰ组),己烯雌酚0.25mg(U组)和乳酸杆菌制剂0.25g(Ⅲ组).观察外阴瘙痒、白带增多症状和阴道黏膜充血和点状出血的体征,判断有效率和一月、三月复发率.结果 外阴瘙痒症状的改善第Ⅲ组较其他两组明显,白带增多症状改善Ⅱ、Ⅲ组较第Ⅰ组明显,体征的改变第Ⅲ组较第Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著;总有效率第Ⅲ组达90%,明显高于其他两组;一月、三月复发率明显低于其他两组.结论 乳酸杆菌制剂用于老年性阴道炎的治疗效果较好,复发率较低.

Comparison of different methods used in senile vaginitis

Objective To compare of effects and rates of recurrence of flagy, diethylstilbestrol and lactobacillus when locally used in women with senile vaginitis. Methods The subjects were women who were first diagnosed as senile vaginitis. The patients accepted intravaginal flagy 200mg (group I), or diethylstilbestrol 0.25mg (group II) or lactobacillus 0.25g (group III), respectively. Symptoms such as vulval itching, leukorrhagia and signs like vaginal mucus congestion or petechia were observed. Results The improvement of vulval itching in group III was more significant than that in the other two groups. The improvement of leukorrharia was more obvious in group II and group III than that of group I. The change of signs was greater in group III than that of the other two groups. The total effective rate of group III was 90%, which was higher than that of the other two groups. Whereas the rate of recurrence in the first month and the third month was lower in group II than that in the other two groups. Conclusions Lactobacillus has a good effect with low rate of recurrence when used in senile vaginitis.
