危机事件后心理干预模式的探索--非典后大学生小组心理干预研究报告

目的 了解在危机事件后大学生的心理状况，探索行之有效的心理干预模式。方法 招募大学生13人举办成长小组，进行4个主题的心理干预。结果 非典作为危机事件造成大学生不同程度的心理困扰，通过小组咨询可促进成员增强自我了解和自我接纳，提升自我效能和自尊水平。结论 危机事件后有必要进行心理干预解除心理困扰；危机事件后的心理干预模式为：回顾、理解、反思和引导；小组咨询是积极有效的心理干预形式。

Exploration of Psychological Intervention Pattern after Crisis Event-A Research Report of College Students Group Psychological Intervention after SARS

Objective To investigate the psychology of college students after crisis event and explore effective psychological intervention patteren.Methods Thirteen college students were recruited for developing group,conducting psychological intervention about four topics.Results As crisis event,SARS affected college students.The group counseling helped students strengthen self-understanding and self-acceptance,elevate self-efficacy and self-esteem.Conclusion It is necessary to intervene after crisis event.The psychological intervention pattern after crisis event included review,understanding ,introspection and guide.The group counseling was a kind of effective pattern.
