研究Willis环血流动力学变化对显微手术治疗前后交通动脉瘤的意义

摘    要:目的研究Willis环血流动力学变化对显微手术治疗前后交通动脉瘤的意义。方法根据144例数字减影血管造影资料,确定其Willis环血流动力学特点,对手术策略的制定提供参考。结果前交通动脉瘤组优势型比例明显高于后交通动脉瘤组和对照组;后交通动脉瘤组胚胎型比例明显高于前交通动脉瘤组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前后交通动脉瘤的形成与Willis环的血流动力学变化有关,对颅内前后交通动脉瘤手术具有指导性。

Abstract:Objective To study the hemodynamic changes in the circle of Willis significance of microsurgical treatment before and after communicating artery aneurysm. Methods 144 cases digital subtraction angiography data to determine the circle of Willis hemodynamic characteristics, provide a reference to the surgical strategy formulation. Results The dominant type of anterior communicating artery aneurysm group was significantly higher than the proportion of traffic aneurysm and control groups; posterior communicating artery aneurysm proportion of embryos was significantly higher than the anterior communicating artery aneurysm group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05) .Conclusion before and after communicating artery aneurysm formation and hemodynamie changes of the circle of Willis, guidance intracranial communicating artery aneurysm before and after surgery.
