| 摘 要： | 目的探讨利用双器械吻合技术在低位直肠癌根治术中保留肛门的可行性。方法回顾性分析42例低位直肠癌行保肛根治术的临床资料。结果 42例中,无手术死亡病例,1例吻合口狭窄;1例发生吻合口瘘;2例一年后局部复发;一年生存率为100%。结论在全直肠系膜切除(TME)的基础上,利用双器械吻合技术行低位直肠癌保肛手术是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the use of double stapling technique in low rectal carcinoma anus preserving the viability of. Methods A retrospective analysis of 42 cases of low rectal carcinoma anus preserving rectectomy for clinical data. Results In 42 cases, no operation death case, 1 cases of anastomotic stenosis; 1 cases of anastomotic fistula; 2 cases a year of local recurrence after one year survival rate was 100%. Conclusion The total mesorectal excision （TME） basis, using double stapling technique of anus-preserving operation for low rectal cancer is safe and feasible. |
