大学生村官自我效能感、工作动机和工作倦怠的关系

目的探讨大学生村官自我效能感、工作动机与工作倦怠的相互关系。方法对560名大学生村官进行一般自我效能感量表、工作动机量表、工作倦怠量表的测试。结果自我效能感与工作动机呈显著的正相关,与工作倦怠呈显著的负相关,工作动机与工作倦怠也呈显著的负相关,其中外部动机仅与降低的职业效能呈现显著的负相关;自我效能感和内部动机是工作倦怠的有效预测因子。结论大学生村官自我效能感与工作动机及工作倦怠有较密切的相关。自我效能感强、工作动机高的大学生村官有较低工作倦怠。

The correlation Between Self-Efficacy,Eork Motivation and Job Burnout of Graduate Officials

Objective To explore the relationship between self-efficacy,work motivation and job burnout of Graduate officials.Methods Five hundred and sixty graduate officials were evaluated with General Self-Efficacy Scale,Work Preference Inventor and Maslach Burnout Inventory.Results Self-efficacy correlated with work motivation significantly and positively,and correlated with job burnout significantly and negatively.Work motivation was negatively correlated with job burnout,and extrinsic motivation was negatively correlated with reduced personal efficacy.Self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation was an effective predictor of job burnout.Conclusion Self-efficacy of graduate had significant correlations with their work motivation and job burnout.
