肝癌患者住院费用的变化及影响因素分析

目的]分析肝癌患者住院费用的变化及影响因素,并提出相应政策建议。方法]选择2005年～2010年临朐县人民医院367例住院肝癌患者为研究对象,采用方差分析和多元逐步回归模型对住院费用的影响因素进行分析。结果]不同年份肝癌患者的次均住院费用和日均住院费用变化趋势不一;各年份药费、检查费、检验费一直占住院费用构成比的前三位,而且药费比例逐年增加,检查费比例逐年减少;多因素分析显示,住院天数、有无手术、出院情况是住院费用的影响因素。结论]应把治疗肝癌相关药物纳入基本药物或报销目录,减少不必要住院天数,从而使住院费用趋于合理水平。

Analysis on influencing factors and changing of liver cancer inpatients expense

Objective To analyze influencing factors and changing of liver cancer inpatients expenses,and put forward relevance policy suggestion.Methods Chose 367 liver cancer inpatients as study objects in Linqu county hospital between 2005-2010.Analyzed influencing factors of inpatients by multielement stepwise regression model.Results The changing of average hospitalization expenses of each time and daily were in different trends in different year.Drugs,examination and inspection fee were the top three costs in every year.Drug expense ratio increased and examination expense reduced year by year.Hospitalization time,with or without surgery and discharge from hospital status were the influencing factors from multivariate analysis view.Conclusions Bring relevance liver cancer drug into basic drug or reimbursement directory.Select the liver cancer related treatment drugs into basic drug or reimbursement directory,reduced unnecessary hospitalization time so that to make hospitalization expenses to reasonable level.
