肺炎支原体感染与儿童变应性鼻炎的相关性探讨

目的探讨肺炎支原体（Mycoplasmapneumoniae，MP）感染与儿童变应性鼻炎发作的关系。方法以门诊随访的67例反复发作变应性鼻炎患儿为观察组，同期50例变应性鼻炎缓解期（入选前6个月未发病）为对照组，分别通过酶联免疫分析法检测血清中肺炎支原体IgM、IgG和咽拭子支原体快速培养检测支原体感染情况。结果观察组患儿MP感染显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论MP感染可能诱发变应性鼻炎发作。并加重变应性鼻炎的发病程度。

Discussion on correlation of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and allergic rhinitis in children

Objective To investigate discussion on correlation of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)nfection and allergic rhinitis in children.Methods Out-patient follow-up of 67 cases of repeated episodes of allergic rhinitis patients was as the observation group and 50 patients with allergic rhinitis over the same period remission(without onset before selected for the six months) was as the control group.Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM and IgG in the serum were respectively tested by enzyme immunoassay and mycoplasma infections was detected by throat swab mycoplasma rapid culture in both groups.Results MP infection of the children with recurrent episodes of allergic rhinitis was significantly higher than the allergic nasal inflammation remission group(P <0.01)).Conclusion MP infection can trigger allergic rhinitis attack,MP infection is closely related to the incidence of allergic rhinitis.
