甲氨蝶呤和雷公藤多甙联合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

目的:观察甲氨蝶呤和雷公藤多甙联合治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:我院2004年3月～2006年2月专科门诊及住院患者中类风湿关节炎患者79例,予甲氨蝶呤和雷公藤多甙、双氯灭痛治疗,记录治疗前及治疗后12周关节肿痛个数及晨僵时间,测定红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白和类风湿因子滴度,摄双手X线平片,同时观察药物不良反应。结果:治疗12周后,临床和实验室指标较治疗前有明显改善,总有效率88.6%,其中疗效与关节功能分级相关。不良反应主要以胃肠道反应为主,占12.7%。结论:早期联合使用甲氨蝶呤和雷公藤多甙治疗类风湿关节炎疗效好,不良反应少。

Clinical observation on methotrexate combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside in treating rheumatoid arthritis

Objective:To observe the effect and side effect of methotroxate(MTX) combined with tripterygium wilfordii polygiycoside(TWP) in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in active stage and study the relationship between the effect and Joint functional classification.Methods:79 RA patients from the clinic and the ward,were treated with MTX and TWP as well as diclofenac sodium.The clinical effect and side effect were evaluated.Results:After 12 weeks,the clinical index and the laboratory index were improved obviously.The total effective rate was 88.6%.The effect was correlated with Joint function classification.Adverse reaction was mostly gastrointestinal tract(GIT) reaction(12.7%).Conclusion:The early medication of MTX combined with TWP in RA patients had a more effect and less side effect.
